SEDAR+ pre-launch Onboarding wrapped up on May 1 with strong participation from SEDAR subscribing organizations. The CSA would like to thank the many people who took advantage of the pre-launch process. We appreciate the time it took during a busy filing season.  

If your organization participated in pre-launch Onboarding

If your organization submitted the required documents and information during the pre-launch Onboarding period between January 3 and May 1 this year, your hard work will soon pay off. When SEDAR+ goes live on June 13, you will be able to immediately log in and find your profile and filing authority in place.  

When you log in for the first time, you will complete the final steps of setting up your organization’s users and account, including your pre-authorized debit (PAD) account. Then, you can start filing in SEDAR+. More information about how to take those final steps in SEDAR+ will be shared in late May. 

If your organization did NOT participate in pre-launch Onboarding

If your organization opted not to complete pre-launch Onboarding, not to worry. You will be able to request access and filing authority, right in SEDAR+ itself.  

Visit the Onboarding section of the SEDAR+ information site to learn more about the information you will need to complete the registration process. You can also watch the Request initial access to SEDAR+ video (coming soon) on the SEDAR+ Learning Centre for more details.  

The information and documents you submit during the post-launch process will be validated, and your new account will be set up. With all the new users registering, this process is expected to take some time. Filing organizations with immediate deadlines and time-sensitive regulatory filings, such as early warning reports, will be prioritized.
