As we work to stabilize the new SEDAR+ system through the expected early days of high-volume activity, we are experiencing intermittent performance issues.

We appreciate your patience and ask that you continue to attempt to use the system as needed. Through to July 31, the CSA and its members have removed late filing fee charges.

If you can’t access SEDAR+ and have a filing deadline today, please submit to the regulator(s) directly.
